For customers who need a higher level of service and commitment for business-critical processes, personalized support and advanced services allow you to develop a closer partnership with GENSYS. These include Alliance and Privilege support, as well as personalized training, migration/upgrade services, and more. Our interactive online support services provide access to vast sources of problem-solving options. This will result in reduced response time, instant solution for any mission critical problems. Online support is enabled through VPN services, ISDN or Dial Up as per the available options with customer.
New initiatives in your company may require you to either upgrade or enhance your current system and/or hardware infrastructure(s). Whether you are looking to deploy to a new hardware platform or software architecture, let Gensys help. For migrations, we can assist with setting up a test environment, planning the move to production, installing the software and migrating your code. For upgrades, we can help configure your software to take advantage of the latest version enhancements, perform the upgrade itself, and/or tune your new environment.
On completion of the warranty period, client has the provision to enter into an Annual Maintenance Agreement with GENSYS for a period of 1 Year during which the client is entitled for a list of consistent support services such as:
o One site visit in every month regardless of the calls attended upon reporting
o Database consistency check
o Performance Tuning
o Data Integrity Checks and as so on
